How do we vote?
The right to vote is one of the most important rights of a shareholder. High attendance at shareholder meetings ensures stable decision-making, broad-based decisions and prevents small groups of shareholders from taking control of the meeting. The active exercise of voting rights contributes to the creation of long-term shareholder value and fits in with a responsible investment policy.
Our voting policy
When investing in mutual funds, we have limited opportunities to implement our own voting policy and therefore follow the voting policy of the asset manager. We also believe that the impact is greater when forces are combined.
See how we voted in the reports (.pdf) below.
