Try emptying your cache memory, this is often the solution. You can do this as follows:
Windows:
Open your internet browser and press the buttons Ctrl + Shift + Delete. You now see a screen in which you can delete your browser data. Choose 'clear browsing data from the beginning of time'. Check every box and then press 'Clear browsing data'. When all data is cleared, make sure you close all browser tabs.
Open your internet browser again. Go to MyStaplesPension (don't use your bookmark) and log in again
Macintosh:
Open your internet browser and press the buttons Command + Option (Alt) + E. Your computer will restart. After your computer has restarted, go to MyStaplesPension (don't use your bookmark) and log in.
