Partner's and orphan's pension
In addition to your retirement pension, you also accrued partner's pension and orphan's pension. If you die, your partner is entitled to a partner's pension and your children will receive an orphan's pension.The partner's pension is 70% of the retirement pension that you would have received if you had accrued pension in the Staples Pension Fund until retirement.
The orphan's pension is 14% of the retirement pension. Each child receives this until they reach 21 years of age. If both parents have died, the child receives double the amount.

Statutory Anw scheme
If you die, your partner may be entitled to statutory surviving dependants’ benefit from the government. This is the Anw scheme. This is subject to certain conditions. Your partner must have been born before 1950 or care for one or more under-age children or be partially unfit for work.
