From now on, all participants of Staples Pension Fund have access to MyStaplesPension. In MyStaplesPension you can find all your pension documents. To view your digital post go to MyStaplesPension and login using your DigiD. If you do not have a DigiD yet, then please request one via digid.nl.

We would like to send you a notification by e-mail when you have new digital post. To enable this, please inform us of your e-mail address via MyStaplesPension. If you have already notified us of your e-mail address via MyStaplesPension then please check to make sure it is still correct. You can change your e-mail address at any time.

Would you prefer to receive information about your pension via the normal post?

If so, then go to MyStaplesPension, go to ‘change settings’ and select ‘No, I do not wish to receive communication digitally’.

Alternatively, send a signed letter to: Pensioenfonds Staples, t.a.v. Pensioenservice, Postbus 123, 1180 AC Amstelveen. If you wish to receive your Uniform Pension Statement for this year by normal post then please ensure you have notified your preference before 20 June.

Please note that ex-partners and surviving dependants do not yet have access to MyStaplesPension. As soon as they have access, we will inform them by letter.
