Funding ratio 117.1% at the end of April 2021

The policy funding ratio of the Staples Pension Fund at the end of April 2021 is 117.1%. It has increased compared to the end of March 2021 (115.4%). The funding ratio expresses the ratio between the fund's assets and liabilities. The policy funding ratio is the average current funding ratio over the past 12 months. Read more about it here.

The policy funding ratio is below the required funding ratio of 113.2%. Now that both the current and the policy funding ratio are higher than the required funding ratio, we are out of recovery at the end of March 2021.

The current funding ratio has increased compared to the end of March 2021. At the end of April 2021, the current funding ratio is 128.1%.
